Since Friday is predicted to be in the low 90s we are planning to begin setup in the morning. Several have indicated they will be there between 8 and 9 am. There may be another group in the late afternoon. Please come when you are able. Airplanes need to be moved out of the hanger and replaced with tables for the auction. Boundary stakes and ropes need to be run. Food tent needs to be erected. Tables and chairs placed under the big PPOA tent. Signs need to be placed around the Fly In and Pecan. Lots to do!
