Celebrating Linda Eslick

She Loved Big And Gave With All Her Heart

Linda Eslick was a kind, generous, loving, caring friend, and a true follower of her Lord, Jesus Christ. She helped our community in so many ways. For many years, she served at our pancake breakfasts each month, volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, led neighborhood bible studies and spearheaded their church’s Prayer Team. Many close to her would say that “she really knew how to pray, like she was talking directly with Jesus.”  She sang in the worship choir at Acton Methodist Church, and was a fun, friendly face around the Air Park. She was also a terrific baker, and could always be counted on to help supply our cookie coffers at the EAA fly-ins.
She always made sure to see everyone, notice them, and check on how they were doing. If she knew you, you were a friend for life. Linda would help anyone with anything if she was able. She was a wonderful neighbor and friend for over 20 years and the entire community will miss her terribly.
Linda is survived by Bill Eslick, her husband of 57 years, their daughters, grandchildren, and her sister and brother.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 am, Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at Acton Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Acton Methodist Missions or Brazos Pregnancy Center.
