The October 21st Eagles Nest Fundraiser is quickly approaching. We are looking for any and all to help if available. Mark Zimmerman is chasing the Stearman group, If some of the Pecan guys could chase after the Bonanza group and the Swift group that would be great. The more airplanes we get out for the event, the more donations and raffle tickets we will sell. I will be in the kitchen with Kevin and any other volunteers preparing breakfast tacos, we will also need aircraft ramp support as well. Steve Vale has taken on the task of getting raffle prizes donated, he could really use help with this one so we can generate a significant amount of money. If you can help drop him a note.
We have a T-28 that’s going to donate three rides to either raffle or auction. We have a Travel Air that has donated four seats or two rides but we still need more.
I have attached the flyer to this email, anything you folks can do will be appreciated and help us raise more money for Eagles Nest.
I plan on having a pre-event meeting on Monday October 16th at the airport immediately following the Eagle Nest Class.
